This list of the best adult fitted and pull on cloth diapers will help you find a good quality product. Fitted and pull on cloth diapers for adults are made solely of absorbent materials and used with a waterproof cover over the top. These styles of diapers work best for overnight and heavy use since the absorbent material wraps around the body and is not connected with the waterproof covering.

1. Mumtaz Soakers Natural Extra Absorbent Organic Hemp Fitted Cloth Diaper for Adults
Cost: $54.95
In the adult cloth diapering world, hemp is a bit of a rare unicorn. Whether this is due to lack of demand, the extra expense of hemp, or just all around ignorance of its superior absorption qualities, is anyone’s guess.
It’s just hard to find. Though luckily, many large sized baby inserts come in hemp that adults can use.
Mumtaz Soakers’ is the only hemp fitted I’ve found. Pair it with a cotton insert for quicker absorption and you’ll find yourself sleeping dry.
Features
- Made from heavy weight hemp/cotton fabric.
- Hook and loop closure
- Fits waist size 28”-40”

2. Ecoable Adult Fitted Cloth Diaper
Cost: $46.99
Ecoable’s adult fitted cloth diaper is made from bamboo fleece with a stay-dry fleece lining next to body to keep your skin feeling dry. This diaper also includes an additional snap-in charcoal bamboo fleece insert, which is made of bamboo fleece and microfiber.

3. InControl Fitted Nighttime Diaper
Cost: $26.24
For an affordable, super absorbent overnight diapering option, InControl’s fitted nighttime diaper marks both boxes. Plus, it has a stay dry mesh layer to keep moisture from sitting on skin overnight. The downside is that it is made of flannel, which tends to get stiff and pill after multiple washings.
Features
- Hi-cut hits just above the belly button.
- Hook and loop closure
- Stay-dry mesh inner layer
- Fits waist size 28”-57”

Cost: $31.00
Another cotton flannel diaper. Then again, if you’re going for affordable, cotton flannel is about as affordable as you can get. It does tend to get stiff over time, but using dryer balls can help remedy that since using fabric softener is out of the question for cloth diapers.
Anyway, what this diaper has that the others don’t have are laundry tabs. Laundry tabs are a wonderful invention that allow you to fold the hook portion of a cloth diaper over onto a small bit of loop tape, so you don’t have to worry about it sticking to anything and everything in the wash.
Features
- Hi-cut hits just above the belly button
- Hook and loop closure
- Made from cotton flannel
- Laundry tabs
- Fits waist size 28”-52”
- Available in a variety of colors and prints

5. KINS Adult Pull On Cotton Diaper
Cost: $34.00
Like their hook and loop diaper, KINS’ pull on cotton diaper is made from cotton flannel with a cotton/polyester sewn in absorbent padding. Comes in a variety of colors and patterns. Additional inserts can be used to add extra absorbency.
Features
- Hi-cut hits just above the belly button
- Made from cotton flannel
- Fits waist size 28”-52”
- Available in a variety of colors and prints

6. LeakMaster Adult Pullon Diapers
Cost: $29.95
Aaaand, another cotton flannel diaper! If flannel is not your thing, you should seriously consider making your own. Just saying.
However, Leakmaster’s adult pull on diaper does come in a lower rise and is the only cotton flannel option on this list to do so. Another unique feature that this diaper has is that the 6 layer absorbent soaker is not sandwiched between the layers, but rather attached at the waistband on the inside so it can flip out for faster drying time.

Features:
- Lower rise
- Made from 100% cotton flannel
- Fits waist size 20” – 52”
- Terry sewn–in absorbency

7. Gary Pull On Reusable Cloth Diaper
Cost: $60.99
Yay, another cotton flannel, high rise diaper! Okay, maybe I’m being a little sarcastic, but is anyone else getting deja-vu? Honestly, I’d be hard pressed to tell you exactly what’s different about this diaper than the KINS’ version, other than the price tag.
And what a price tag this one has! But, it’s also FSA/HSA eligible, which definitely counts for something. Plus, it has excellent reviews.

End note:
I don’t include specific Etsy sellers in my lists at this time due to the fact that Etsy sellers have a greater tendency to come and go than established companies. However, if you are looking for more fabric options on pull on and fitted style diapers, Etsy is an excellent place to check out.
As always, double check sizing and read reviews before purchasing 🙂
