Esta temporada ofrece lo que podría haber sido un épico final por como cierra el arco argumental de Ash en cierto aspecto. Ya incluso termina de aclarar más cosas respecto a Ruby y Los Oscuros. Sigue el festín de gore y efectos especiales con buenos momentos humorísticos. La temporada después concluye de una manera épica, pero deja deseos de más. Lamentablemente, la cancelación de la serie no permitió que se viera más sobre la lucha de Ash contra las fuerzas del mal, pero esta temporada al menos le da a la serie en parte un épico cierre.
