Start the game by choosing your type of Pokémon. You have fire types, steel types, fighting types, ground types, and all different types of Pokémon to choose from.

I chose the dragon type. I felt dragon types were pretty strong and had some special moves. As a trainer in the game, I had the option of Bagon, Gible, and Deino.

The Badlands

Your first real hard battle will be in the Badlands. Where you will fight tough Pokémon like Aggron, Garchomp, Tyranitar etc.

The key here is to beat the leader and continue using your money to buy and build new buildings in your town.

Champion Garrison

All is well after the Badlands. Until… Champion Garrison shows up. After beating Champion Garrison, your Pokémon are strong, and you are ready to grind out more battles to build your town.

Beating champion Garrison is a pivotal point in your journey. He really tests your Pokémon compared to other trainers in your town. By now, you should have a good grasp on your Pokémon’s ability to create significant damage.

Mysterious Letters

Eventually, you’ll start to get mysterious letters threatening your gym. You seek advice from the mayor, and he advises you to return to the Badlands.

Tip#4 A trainer will appear throughout the game and ask to fight you with their Blissey squad. This will allow you to level up your Pokémon quickly. Do this often!

THE MAYOR

After fighting Pokémon like Dusclops, Goodra, Scizor, and Rhydon, Dragonite, Your Pokémon should now be highly evolved. You should feel great about beating the ultimate villain, Dalton!
