Chillicothe, Ohio Denise Carman 1965 — 2023 Denise A. Carman, 57, of Chillicothe, died 7:55 pm, Saturday, September 23, 2023, at her home, following an extended battle with cancer. She was born October 9, 1965 in Wheeling, WV to Richard and Margaret Regoli Vannelle, who survive. On June 20, 1987 she married Jeffrey Carman, who survives.
